I've been with USFL Trucking Company since July 2025. I'm loving every minute of it! The team is top-notch, and I especially want to shout out my dispatcher, Tony — he's an amazing leader who always has my back. The company culture is supportive, and I appreciate the opportunities I've had to grow and learn. As a Company Driver, I appreciate the competitive 30% gross revenue split, which allows me to focus on the open road while knowing I'm taken care of. I'm originally from Virginia, and it's been a smooth transition to the Midwest. I'm thrilled to be part of the USFL family!

This coming August will be two years I've been rolling with this great company, and I hope to be rolling with them many more. Why? Great equipment, plenty of miles, a great driver manager, an outstanding chief, an awesome maintenance chief and crew, and a 5⭐ office crew. One of my favorite over-all things is the communication. Communication always has been and always will be key, and this company excels at it.

Hey Driver — the one checking reviews before making that leap of faith. I get it, I was in your shoes almost a year ago. A driver won't stay if they're not making money. WELL, no smoke and mirrors here — I'm still here. Wanna know why? I'm making a good positive check every week. If you work hard and drive on time, you'll clear $2k or more a week. We got 3 flavors: flatbed, reefer, and dry van. Trucks are fairly new — Volvos, Peterbilts 589s, Freightliners and T680s. Communication is a key factor here, and they have an open door policy. Been on this company for about 4 months now. All I can say is this is the best one yet to drive for — will keep you running till you want to. Dispatchers are very friendly and flexible, will work on your schedule if needed. The check is $$$. You just need at least 1 yr of experience and a clear background. Whatever you see on their website/fb advertisement is legit.
